Work with me and let me be a mentor and guide to help you reach your health goals! I can help you  devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. 

 

During our time together, you will be equipped with an empowering education as well as gaining tips on how to shop, cook and prepare delicious, healthy, easy to make meals and snacks that are right for you. And, I promise to never make you count calories or carbs!  

 

My goal is to inspire you to achieve and maintain positive health through immediate, and ultimately permanent, action steps rooted in a gained understanding and appreciation of the fundamentals of digestion. This knowledge helps bridge the gap between external food and lifestyle choices and internal results, specifically reflected by improved state of health and confirmed by blood work.

 

My job is to help you find the least restrictive way of eating that still allows your body the opportunity to be healthy. This means we will focus less on restrictions and more on all the yummy foods that are anti-inflammatory, delicious and nutritious!

 

And if you don't have time to cook...no worries! I have some great options for prepared meal delivery services that I can't wait to share with you.

 

Throughout your program you will receive my consistent support to help you achieve your goals by successfully implementing what you learn with me.

1.  Seminar                                               

I provide an engaging, relevant and empowering motivational seminar that will leave your audience with a unique blend of meaningful education and practical tools, tips and techniques for achieving and maintaining Positive Health.

This 90-minute presentation delivers well researched nutrition applications highlighting the basics of human digestion and the essentials of healthy eating. Participants leave inspired, encouraged and motivated.  They will also be armed with  tools that can be immediately implemented on their journey to wellness!

2.  Workshop                                                    

Go a step further and include my dynamic workshop that delves deeper into the methods and motivations for improving physical health. Easy action steps, recipes and meal planning as well as understanding blood work, which is critically important,  are included in this content rich workshop. (Books are included.)
